Welcome to the SPECIAL CATEGORY of the 1st Annual Golden Trio Awards!
If you somehow missed the COMEDY and DRAMA categories, check them out and be sure to vote and keep voting to ensure your favorites make it into the #Top3! Just like with the other categories, the "Special Categories" run similarly: you have until Sunday, August 16 at 8 AM EST to vote in the polls and we will award our top three voters with the honor of receiving their first-ever Golden Trio Awards!
This category is a bit less structured, a bit more fun, and does have something special to one of its categories, which I'll mention momentarily. The writers and I had a great time narrowing down our nominees for Best Villain, Plot Twist of the Year, and Social Media King/Queen (we should send whoever wins first place actual crowns, shouldn't we?). But one category rules them all: OTP of the Year.
Now, MTV recently conducted their fandom awards and used Tumblr solely to count the votes for the Ship of the Year. We're going to do something a little bit similar! We'd ask that you vote here at the polls, but also head on over to our Tumblr page. We've got separate posts for each ship listed below and will be counting the reblogs and likes into the total number of votes for each ship:
If you think that's incentive to vote... wait. Because there's MORE. (I feel like some bad infomercial announcer right now...) If you manage to get one of the actors from your ship's pairing to retweet or post the poll (either the post or the Tumblr one), we'll add 100 votes to your total. If you get BOTH of the actors, we'll throw in another extra 100 votes.

I think I may have followed/unfollowed a couple times by accident when I was trying to click the reblog button too quickly, if that's a problem.
